1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Crypteller ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the Platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Trading and Transactions

All cryptocurrency trading and transactions on the Platform are subject to the following:

• Transactions are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain
• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of transaction details
• Trading fees apply as disclosed on the Platform
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits may apply
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel transactions for compliance reasons

5. Mobile Money Integration

When using mobile money services (MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money) on the Platform, you acknowledge that:

• Mobile money transactions are subject to the terms of your mobile money provider
• Processing times may vary depending on the mobile money network
• You are responsible for any fees charged by your mobile money provider
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by mobile money providers

6. KYC and AML Compliance

Crypteller is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We require users to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, which may include:

• Identity verification (National ID, Passport, or Driver's License)
• Proof of address
• Source of funds verification for large transactions
• Enhanced due diligence for high-risk users

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Platform to:

• Engage in money laundering or terrorist financing
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware or harmful code
• Manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent trading
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

8. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. You acknowledge that:

• Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile
• You may lose your entire investment
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• You should only invest what you can afford to lose
• We do not provide investment advice

9. Limitation of Liability

Crypteller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
